REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

 

 

REGISTRATION BEGINS 8:00 AM Wednesday, October 27 - 12:00PM Friday, October 29, 2021.   Registration will be online only.   The $50 fee per student may be paid online on the Ensemble Festival Registration page or by mailing a check to SANDY BAKER, 41635 Browns Farm Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176 - one check (payable to FLMF).  Your registration form, payment and signed Teacher Guidelines Form (collected at the Ensemble Festival meeting in November) will confirm your registration. Teachers may enter up to eight duet teams, but may initially enter only one pair in each group. Do not register yourself with a student. There is a teacher duet for which you can register. Students must be registered in pairs. You may find other student partners from another teacher if needed. Please enter a first and second choice for each duet team entry. Requests will be filled in the order that applications are received. Any registration received before October 27th, 8am, will be put at the end of the registration list. Teachers may enter additional groups beginning October 29, 2021.   Once the registration period ends, a master list of group numbers and students will be sent by email to all participating teachers. Please check it carefully to ensure your students have been entered in the groups requested.
