Fairfax-Loudoun Music Fellowship may collect and use personal information you provide in using our website, www.flmf.org.  By visiting and/or using this site, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The site is updated on a regular basis.  However, when using this site, you assume the risk that information and materials on this site could be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.


When visiting the flmf.com site, the web server may gather and store certain information about you. Information may include your IP address, URLs you visit on our site, the date and time of your visit, and any materials that you downloaded or submitted.  This information is used to make sure FLMF is serving visitors to our site in the best way possible, and to learn about the number of visitors to the site. This information does not identify or track you personally.

 

FLMF does not collect personal information about you unless you provide it on the site. For example, when you fill out a form on the site, you may provide personal information such as name, address, and telephone number.  Financial information may be entered to register for an event and renew membership but that information is passed directly to PayPal solely for the purposes of facilitating and finalizing the transaction, and is not saved by FLMF.  If you choose to send FLMF an email that includes personal information, we will use the information provided to respond to your message and for no other purpose.  Personal information collected by the FLMF site is not sold or rented.

FLMF members have access to a members-only page of the site that requires a member password. FLMF members may use the site to register their students for FLMF events.  Registration forms may ask the FLMF member to provide personal information such as name, address, e-mail address, and phone number.  When a member registers a student for FLMF events, the registration form may include student information including name, school grade, date of birth, and program level.  Members cannot access the personal information of students they do not teach, with the exception of members chairing events who need to know this information in order to facilitate said events.  Member and student information is used strictly for the administration of FLMF events.  Any member or student information collected by the site is not sold or rented.

FLMF does not share personal information with individuals, companies, or organizations.

The flmf.com site contains links to third party websites that are not controlled by FLMF. These third-party links are provided as a convenience, and you agree to use these links at your own sole risk. FLMF is not responsible for the privacy policy or practices of third party websites linked to the FLMF site.
