Education:  Studied Piano and Organ at the National School of Music UNAM in Mexico City, Mexico.  As a child, member of the "Miguel Bernal Jimenez" boys choir in Mexico City for about 10 years.  Extensive performances at important venues throughout Mexico.

Activities/Services:  Mr. Castro is a professional Pianist and Organist performing at different venues and churches in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.  Currently maintaining an active private studio offering piano, keyboard, guitar, bass guitar, voice, and drum lessons for children and adults in South Riding.  All levels and ages welcome!  Lessons are given in a fun and respectful environment.  Music styles taught range from Classical to Modern, and Pop to Jazz.  Hosts two recitals per year, Spring and Christmas, showcasing the students' talent and hard work in front of a robust audience.  

Additional Info/Specialties:   Mr. Castro prepares and arranges student ensembles for recitals and music shows featuring piano, keyboards, drums, guitar, bass guitar, and vocalists.  Mr. Castro performs as a solo pianist and with bands for special events (weddings, corporate, birthday parties, etc.)

Activities/Services:   Studio Recitals;  Master Classes; Mylinda Dockery has over 30 years teaching experience in the Suzuki and traditional piano methods for ages 4 - adult. She received her degrees in piano and organ performance and has performed over 3,000 concerts throughout the southeast, New York and Switzerland as both a soloist and a chamber musician.

Additional Info/Specialties:   Early Childhood music specialist, and awarded the "Music For Learning Master Teacher Award" from Musikgarten. I am also certified in Kindermusik and third level Orff. My master's degree is in organ where I have over 17 years experience as a church music minister.
